Her energy encourages us to pause, reset, and choose our next steps with clarity, she also is the goddess of crossroads me and my husband both have gone through redundancy and when using the melts (his more recent then mine) has helped to guide during that period and help to ‘switch off’ when needed; I’ve used them for nights when my brain needs reminding to turn off the thoughts in my head keeping me awake I get up make a cup of tea and light the melt then blow out before going back to bed alongside a spray of our pillow spray.
